Linton Davies is an award-winning and BAFTA nominated Film and Television Editor based in London.
He graduated top of year from Westminster Film School in 2011 with a degree in Film and TV Editing.
In 2013 he edited his first feature, The Quest for the GameChild, a Google-funded comedy which has been watched over 2 million times. He went on to edit the coming-of-age film Making It, followed by the sports documentary Ten Count, starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
In 2020 he edited and produced The Polybius Heist, which premiered at Screen 1, Odeon Leicester Square, reached number 1 on the UK Box Office and holds a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
In television he has cut programmes for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky and Dave. He is best known as the editor of The Assembly, for which he received a BAFTA nomination. The show also won an RTS Award in 2026, alongside several nominations for TV Moment of the Year.
He has also served as Senior Digital Editor for Love Productions (The Great British Bake Off) for eight years.
He recently picture locked his sixth feature film, Turn Back, which he also produced.
He is trying to teach his daughter how to edit, but progress is slow.
